What is the Swiss chamber of commercial mediation?

The Swiss chamber of commercial mediation is a non-profit association consisting of accredited mediators and the sections. The accredited members have proven sufficient training and experience in mediation. Information concerning accredited mediators is published on this site.

On request, the sections as well as each mediator will give you further information.

The Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation seeks to promote the usage of Mediation as a dispute resolution means. To that end it engages in different activities to make businesses and other parties, lawyers, politicians and others better aware of the advantages and the potential of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
